Our Story

In 2011, after 25 years of experience in leadership, business development and financial services, Eunice realised her dream of starting Etiquette Xllent. Her vision was to create a niche training and development consultancy that really listens to you, partners with you and offers training solutions that really get results.

At Etiquette Xllent, nothing is off the shelf. We strategically analyse the unique and diverse needs of our clients and offer crafted programs that meet specific business and individual needs. We believe in the importance of unlearning, learning and continually building on what you already know, to develop into all that you can be.

We blend extensive research, various training techniques, tools, stories, theories, case studies, practical exercises, including peer interaction and team building, experiential assignments and ongoing integration tasks to create an experience that inspires individuals and teams to take both personal and professional steps to really unlock their potential.

Associate Trainer

Imrana is a trained Executive and NLP Life Coach, a Design Your Life Coach and a Certified Jump Starter by the Jump Movement in the Netherlands.
She is a Senior Advisor at Leadership Transition Organization UK, Global YPO Certified Moderator for the Transition Tribes, Panel of Executive Coaches for Young Presidents Organisation Global, Career Connections and the Stanford Seed Program EA.
Imrana has had a vast background in building lasting Brand Strategies over the past 15 years, having worked as Regional Head of Marketing of a leading bank in Kenya (Diamond Trust Bank) and then as a consultant with two leading brand management firms, Inter-Brand and Brand Integrated.
Imrana has extensive experience in the implementation and evaluation of development-focused interventions at all levels of management. She runs various programs in Leadership Development, Team Building, Transformational Development.
Her Corporate Clients include: EABL, NCBA, YPO ( Young Presidents Organisation Global) Aga Khan University Hospital and other Medium Size Organisations.


Associate Trainer

Weez is a certified executive coach and facilitator with a passion for supporting individuals in discovering what they are truly capable of. 
Before starting her own coaching consultancy in June 2023, Weez worked as a Consultant and Coaching Skills Facilitator in the Leadership, Coaching and Change team at Career Connections. Here Weez gained experience in designing bespoke leadership development programmes based on her client's strategic objectives, working closely with clients from a variety of sectors such as; Finance, FMCGs, Software, Healthcare and NGOs.
Prior to coaching, Weez spent 13 years working in the hospitality and tourism sector where she honed her customer service and business development skills. The industry took Weez all over the world; Italy, Australia, North America, New Zealand, Cook Islands and of course her home in Kenya.
